From the anime "Mobile Police Patlabor," the black labor, TYPE-J9 Griffon, makes its debut in the ACKS series in 1/43 scale!
Under the supervision of Yutaka Izubuchi, this latest version of the Griffon has been finished with meticulous attention to proportion.
Like the AV-98 Ingram Unit 1/Unit 2, the sealing covers on various parts of the body are reproduced in plastic material, pursuing a realistic design. Combined with the built-in joints in various places, you can enjoy recreating scenes from the anime where the Griffon excels in close combat.
The cockpit hatch can be opened without the need for replacement parts, and the wrists and ankles employ a pull-out mechanism to achieve a high degree of freedom of movement without compromising the sculpting.
Five types of hand parts are included to give an impression of the Griffon's combat scenes, and the memorable thumbs-up pose from the anime can also be recreated. The packaging features an original illustration by Shinichi Hagiwara, who has worked on various mecha illustrations. It's a luxurious design that stands on its own as package art.
