Aoshima's Waterline series has been renewed with even greater precision! !
The destroyer "Isokaze," the 12th ship of the Kagerō-class destroyers, was built at the Sasebo Naval Arsenal. It fought from the attack on Pearl Harbor until it was scuttled at the Battle of Cape Bōno. This kit is a 1/700 scale plastic model kit of the "Isokaze" in the later stages of the war, with its turrets removed and anti-aircraft guns added. With a parts configuration that focuses on the essentials, it is simple, easy to assemble, and accurately reproduces the ship. Various fittings such as the main guns and machine guns have been newly designed and added. The precision and detail of the 1/700 scale are well expressed.
