The third ship of the Katori-class training cruiser, "Kashii," which was completed as a training ship and performed duties such as convoy escort during the war, has been made into a 1/700 scale plastic model kit. With a parts configuration that focuses on the essentials, it is simple to assemble and easy to do, and accurately reproduces the ship. Various fittings such as twin machine guns, anti-aircraft guns, and aircraft catapults have been newly designed and added. The precision and detail of the 1/700 scale are well expressed.
