The fifth-generation Skyline C210, affectionately known as "Japan", was born in August 1977 as a complete model change from its great predecessor, the C110.
Using two young men and women who had been in the forefront of the genre since its launch as its CM characters, the catch-up "SKYLINE JAPAN" quickly became popular, widely recognized and a smash hit.
The Long Nose.・While the basic style of the short deck, the round four-lamp taillamps, the surfing line, the horizontal guidance meter, and the skyline's identity were sure to be inherited, the stylish design of the notchback body with the independent trunk and the straight-line baseline was the beginning of a new era.
Japan continues to sell well, with a cumulative production of 540,000 units, making it the second biggest hit of all time.
This kit is a Japan 2000 GT-E.・So we're going to use the S-shaped prototype to replicate the catalog specifications.
We're using a gold model that was developed in the '50s, and we're using the latest kits today that have different proofs, reproductions, and concepts, but we're adding parts and finishing up front grills, reel panels, front and rear bumpers, and so on in 2017 quality.
