The Sambar WR BLUE LIMITED was released on July 26, 2011, as a special edition vehicle commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Sambar, with the catchphrase, "In gratitude for the 50th anniversary of the Sambar, with the spirit of Subaru infused."
As its name suggests, it was released in a limited run of 1000 units.
Based on the "TC" grade, it was equipped with the special edition color "WR Blue Mica," black seats with exclusive yellow stitching, a two-tone front colored bumper and chrome-plated wheel nuts, and clear type turn signals.
