■Product Description
The Panzer IV Ausf. J is the final model in the Panzer IV series, a simplified version designed to improve production efficiency. The biggest change from the Ausf. H is the elimination of the turret rotation motor and auxiliary engine for power generation. This makes the turret rotation manually operated, making it easier to rotate even when the vehicle is tilted. Also, by removing the motor and auxiliary engine and adding fuel tanks, the cruising range has increased from 210km to 320km on paved roads.
The kit is a fully interior model of the Panzer IV Ausf. J, the final production model. In addition to newly molded interior parts, the turret and upper hull parts include clear molded parts in addition to the regular parts. The tracks are link-and-assemble movable, and the suspension is also movable. Three types of muzzle brakes, two types of idler wheels, and four types of upper road wheels are included. Three types of markings and photo-etched parts are included.
