■Product Description
The M551 Sheridan was an amphibious airborne tank used by the United States Army. The M551A1 was an improved version from 1967 to 1970, featuring the addition of a laser rangefinder, ballistic computer and environmental sensors, and enhanced NBC protection.
This increased its weight to 16 tons.
The M551A1 TTS (Tank Thermal Sight) was equipped with the same AN/VSG-2B thermal imaging device as the modified M60A3 main battle tank (M60A3 TTS), and ultimately all M551A1s were modified with the TTS.
This kit is a "2 in 1" specification, allowing you to choose to recreate either the M551A1 or the M551A1 TTS.
●The tracks are the easy-to-assemble "link and length" type.
