■Product Description
The 10.5cm Assault Howitzer 42 (StuH42) is a vehicle in which the main gun of the Sturmgeschütz III has been replaced with a 10.5cm howitzer for attacking pillboxes. Its official name is the Sturmgeschütz III equipped with a 10.5cm Assault Howitzer 42, and its official designation is Sd.Kfz.142/2. Early models were equipped with a muzzle brake, but this was not equipped on models produced from the end of 1944 onwards. The kit reproduces the Sturmgeschütz III E/F type hull, which has a complex towing hook structure on the front of the vehicle.
