■Product Description
The Israel Defense Forces, which operate in special environments, have deployed a large number of distinctive vehicles. The D9R bulldozer equipped with slat armor is one of them. The D9 series bulldozers were originally used for construction, logging, and mining. In October 2003, the "Daqhpor Memugan" armor module was developed by the RAMTA division of IAI (Israel Aerospace Industries) for the large number of D9Rs that were being equipped. From 2005, the D9R was fitted with slat armor, giving it superior defensive capabilities. The D9R equipped with slat armor can now withstand RPG (anti-tank rocket) attacks. Self-defense machine guns and other weapons can be mounted on top of the driver's cab.
MENG models the newest model of the Israel Defense Forces D9R. It is the SS-010 D9R Armored Bulldozer Slat Armor. The newly molded movable tracks faithfully reproduce the slat armor.
