This product is an etched cutting template guide that allows you to create a large number of extremely thin lines at 0.1mm intervals using masking tape, masking sheets, finish sheets, etc. A 0.2mm thick stainless steel plate has evenly spaced grooves that allow you to cut standard-sized masking tape (6mm and 10mm wide) into widths of 1.0mm/1.5mm/2.0mm/2.5mm/3.0mm/3.5mm (Tape Cutting Guide 01) and 0.3mm/0.4mm/0.5mm/0.6mm/0.7mm/0.8mm/0.9mm/1.0mm/1.2mm (Tape Cutting Guide 02). Simply apply the masking tape according to the guidelines and cut along the 0.1mm groove with a craft knife or similar tool to easily create extremely narrow tapes that would be difficult to create by hand. Also, because it is a base plate type, there is no need to worry about the cut line being distorted, unlike with a die-cutting mold. After cutting, peel it off cleanly with the tip of a craft knife or tweezers and apply it to the part you want to paint separately before starting the painting process.
