■Product Description
This is a tougher version of the carbide scraper. By making it slightly thicker, the cutting performance remains the same, but the rigidity has been dramatically increased. (Shaft diameter φ3.175 mm)
You can use it without worrying about the tip breaking, which was a weakness of the carbide scraper.
Like the carbide scraper, it can be used for deburring, surface finishing, parting line processing, gate processing, etc.
V-groove processing is also possible using the triangular blade at the tip.
