■Product Description
This is a precision tool developed for marking. It is used for adding or re-engraving molds, sketching lines, etc.
The tip is made of extremely hard cemented carbide (tungsten carbide), achieving exceptional sharpness and high durability.
Therefore, the blade is less prone to wear, and it is possible to draw sharp and clean lines.
There are two types of tip angles: 10° and 30°. The tip angle can be easily identified at a glance with the color-coded coloring and indicator stickers for each angle.
The 10° cemented carbide marking needle can draw thin and sharp lines, but because the blade is very delicate, it is suitable for intermediate to advanced users.
Use with a Zanki holder or a pin vise that can accommodate up to φ3.2mm.
Mark with just enough force to lightly touch the surface.
The trick to drawing clean lines is to mark without applying force.
Applying force may roughen the processed surface or damage the blade.
