[Product Introduction]
This is the new Sustainablade SHARP#, a dedicated Sustainablade for the Sustaina Nipper Advance, with enhanced durability and sharpness.
The material used in the conventional blade has been changed, resulting in a blade that is less prone to chipping and breaking. Furthermore, by reviewing the polishing method, the sharpness has been further improved, and the cross-section has less whitening.

■Improved Precision & Durability
The material has been changed from tungsten carbide steel used in the Sustainablade Set to Swiss-made high-speed steel. As a result, the ultra-thin blade tip is less prone to chipping, and the blade has been reborn as a longer-lasting blade. In addition, by slightly increasing the thickness of the blade and controlling it with high precision, the step difference with the cutting board blade of the Sustaina Nipper ADVANCE is reduced, and the amount of uncut material left at the gate is reduced.
*Due to the structure, a small amount of uncut material may occur depending on the position of the gate and the cutting method.
*Due to the adoption of new materials, regular maintenance is recommended.
■Evolved to a sharper cutting edge with less resistance
The Sustena Blade SHARP# has a sharper cutting edge thanks to an improved blade sharpening method.
With a shallower bevel than the old Sustena Blade and a two-stage sharpening process, the blade enters the material with a feel as if you are cutting a soft material, and the cut surface is smooth.
■Cuts hard clear parts well
Even hard clear parts with high transparency can be cut cleanly without whitening or cracking. Although it is a replaceable blade, it is characterized by maintaining its sharpness for a long time even when repeatedly cutting hard parts with a single blade.
*Do not cut anything thicker than the φ3mm runner of a plastic model or the support of 3D printed parts, as this may damage the Sustena Nipper ADVANCE body.
*This product is the successor to the "Sustena Blade Set". With the release of this product, the old "Sustaina Blade Set" will be discontinued.
*The Sustaina Nipper ADVANCE, which will be resold, comes standard with one Sustaina Blade SHARP#.
