■Product Description
Introducing the new "Dry Water" series of aircraft decals for various scales from HAD Models of Hungary. The "Dry Water" series are HAD Models original design decals manufactured by Eduard, and like regular waterslide decals, you can peel off the transparent film portion of the decal after drying it for 24 hours or more (this may vary depending on temperature, humidity, etc.) after applying it to the model. This leaves only the printed part on the model, resulting in a finish that looks like it's been painted. Please give it a try.
Two advanced methods for removing the film suggested by the manufacturer:
・After the decal has dried, gently rub the transparent film with tweezers, etc., and grab the lifted film and peel it off.
・Cover the decal with tissue paper soaked in white spirit solvent for about 5 minutes, and after the film has softened, gently rub it off with a cotton swab or brush tip.
*Please proceed at your own risk. Furthermore, just like regular decals, this product can be applied to a model and then finished using commercially available surface finishing coating materials without removing the transparent film.
