■ Description
It's a 1/43 scale from EIDOLON.・The handmaid.・This is the Honda NSX-R (NA2) 2002 (TE37 Wheel) model car.
Model explanation
It's a faithful reproduction of the Honda NSX-R (NA2) 2002 (TE37 Wheel) that combines the popular high-performance wheel "TE37" with the flagship sports of Honda.
In prototyping, like the NSX-R, we designed the actual car based on 3D scans of data, eliminating intentional distortion and pursuing an infinitely realistic design.
We've modeled a wide range of early NSX models, including the NSX-R, NA1, Type R, and Type S. In this model, we've accurately traced the NSX-R's iconic frontal food duct, rear-end diffuser, and large rear-wings.
Fixed headlights, which are characteristic of the late period, are represented in a structure similar to that of a real car with a chrome mock-up on a white metal housing and a very thin transparent cover. Furthermore, if the body colour is red, the housing is painted white, and so on.
The interior was designed based on actual car scanning data, and the size of the seats, the steering wheel, the laser strain, the mattress texture were reproduced in high-resolution, with a focus on detail.
One of the most striking features of this project was the LEZ TE37 wheel, which was replaced by a prototype with a white metal casting that allowed sharp shaping, where it was carefully painted in titanium colour, giving it a real car-like appearance. The brake system, which looks crisp, is also accurately described, and the details of the logo are faithfully reproduced in decals.
It's a midship built by Honda with a pure internal combustion engine.・The NSX is a super sports car. It's a brilliant look, and it's an elegant model.
Vehicle description
The first NSX was introduced in 1990, followed by the later Honda in 1992.・Type R, a symbol of sport, was introduced in 1997 as a response to the emissions regulations of the year 2000. The engine emissions were increased from the traditional 3.0 litres to 3.2 litres. AT cars continued at 3.0 litres.
In 2001, major changes were made to the exterior, which had remained unchanged since its debut: the retractable headlights were phased out, and the supercar-like atmosphere was maintained, with improved aerodynamics and collision safety, and a lighter front axle. In 2002, the NSX-R was introduced, with lighter legs, better response, and better rotation, and remained in production until 2005.
Twenty years after the end of production, the first NSX is in the midst of a sharp rise in value as a historic car, so radical conversions like the one in operation are largely ignored, and lightweight customizations that do not compromise value are the mainstream.
The model we're introducing today is aware of such a modern NSX image, and it incorporates the popular RAYS TE37 wheel with a robust and universal design, and it's light-heighted. The name of the TE37 comes from the fact that it achieved a super-light weight of only 3.7 kg at the time of its launch in 1996, and since then, it has continued to be widely supported, from high-performance car dresses to motorsport scenes.
