This is a 1/43 scale handmade model car of the "Lamborghini Diablo SVR Racing 1996" produced by "EIDOLON".
Model Description
This model faithfully reproduces the "Lamborghini Diablo SVR," which is based on the Lamborghini Diablo SV and has been modified with weight reduction and other improvements. This model features the added sponsor logos of the one-make race that were applied during promotion.
The model faithfully reproduces the aggressive form of the Lamborghini Diablo.
The extreme cabin-forward silhouette, originally designed by Marcello Gandini, and the body design, which shifted from the straight lines of the Countach to a gentle curved surface, have been reproduced without compromise.
A new exterior specifically for the SVR has been created. The additional front spoiler, brake ducts, and rear wing have also been realistically reproduced.
The OZ Racing 5-spoke wheels aim for a sharp design by using white metal cast parts.
Vehicle Description
The Diablo SVR was unveiled at the 1996 Geneva Motor Show as a one-make race machine.
Based on the Diablo SV which debuted the previous year, everything deemed unnecessary for racing was removed.
The retractable headlights were removed, and intakes for brake cooling were added. The carbon fiber rear wing and large rear bumper were also removed, and instead, a split cover and a rear diffuser in the center were fitted. The exhaust pipe is a specially designed one without a silencer.
In addition, the leather upholstery of the interior was removed, and a roll cage and OMP bucket seats were installed.
