■Product Description
Super Pack Equipped! Take on the final battle with the PLAMAX Battroid Valkyrie!
This is a 1/72 scale plastic model of the VF-1S Battroid Valkyrie, piloted by the protagonist "Hikaru Ichijo" in the later stages of the TV anime "Super Dimension Fortress Macross," with the Super Pack attached.
The so-called "Super Valkyrie," which is a VF-1 Valkyrie equipped with propellant tanks and missile pod boosters, made a big impact on viewers in episode 27, "Love Flows," when it transformed from fighter mode to battroid mode with these additional packs still attached.
The powerful proportions, which are faithful to the design drawings and the image from when it appeared in the anime, are achieved by eliminating the transformation and making it battroid-only. Each part is molded in 9 colors, and even just assembling it and applying water-slide decals will give it a realistic finish. You can also paint the details to make it even closer to the one in the anime.
• Poly caps are used in each joint, allowing for smooth posing.
• The arm micro-missile pods have been newly sculpted to match the TV version's design.
• Six "reaction missiles" are included as underwing armament.
• Water-slide decals are used to reproduce various markings.
• A figure of "Hayase Misa" in the same scale is included.
