This is a 1/25 scale plastic model assembly kit that reproduces the Chrysler 300B driven by Tim Flock, a stock car racer who was active in the 1950s. This is a must-have kit for American motorsport fans.
【About the actual car】
The Chrysler 300 Letter Series is a lineup of high-performance luxury cars produced in limited numbers by Chrysler of America from 1955 to 1965.
The 1956 model, the second year of this series, was called the 300B.
Although some design changes were made to the basic tail fins, there were no major changes to the body design, and it was equipped with a larger displacement 5.8-liter V8 HEMI engine, and it was also characterized by the fact that it was available in 340 horsepower and 355 horsepower versions.
A total of 1,102 300Bs were produced.
The Chrysler 300 series is considered the progenitor of American muscle cars, and it also saw success in the popular stock car racing series, NASCAR, driven by many drivers.
Tim Flock, born in 1924 and a NASCAR Hall of Famer, was one of them, competing from 1949 to 1961.
He won the Grand National series championship twice, in 1952 and 1955, and achieved a total of 39 wins.
