Spot Model is a Spanish manufacturer that develops and releases various photo reference books, special decal sets, and detail-up parts that are useful for model making, mainly for car and motorcycle models. The detail-up parts set offered by Spot Model is the DecalCast brand parts.
This set is a set of detail-up parts that can be used with the 1/12 scale Yamaha YZR-M1 2007 kit (BX13002) released by Platz/BEEMAX. The parts include wheel mounting bolts, fairing mounting bolts, brake levers, shift levers, footpegs, and even parts that delicately express fine details such as oil filters and fuel tank caps. Furthermore, exhaust pipe parts are also included, and the exhaust pipes have a finish that is unique to 3D printed parts, expressing the inner mesh details. The rear-mounted camera parts are also modeled. These detail-up parts are meant to be used together with the Platz/BEEMAX kit.
All parts are made with 3D printed parts, expressing more delicate details than the kit parts.
