This model is a 1/144 scale plastic model assembly kit that reproduces the F-117, the world's first practical stealth fighter operated by the US Air Force. As a bonus, this kit includes an embroidered patch that reproduces the Skunk Works mark.
The finished model will be approximately 140mm long. The parts are made by Dragon, a company renowned for its sharp finishes, and the kit includes parts for two aircraft.
A notable feature of the model is its uniquely designed fuselage shape. The kit is modeled based on the initial image from materials released at the time. Not only the exterior, but also the cockpit interior, including the seat parts, is reproduced. The landing gear parts are also delicately modeled. You can choose to assemble it in either flight or parked configuration. The markings include those for an aircraft with the Skunk Works mark, which was responsible for the design and development, painted on the underside of the fuselage, and markings for an aircraft that played an active role in the Gulf War.
The decals are made by Cartograf, an Italian company renowned for its high quality. The embroidered patch features a design based on the Skunk Works logo painted on the underside of the aircraft.
