About the actual vehicle
The regulations for participating cars in rally competitions have changed over time. Since 2011, a new regulation for World Rally Racing has been in place. According to this new regulation, a vehicle developed by Citroën in France was the DS3 WRC. The car was unveiled at the Paris Motor Show on 30 September 2010.・The four-wheel-drive transmission is powered by a 1.6-litre turbocharged four-cylinder engine designed by Racing.・In addition to the know-how we've developed so far, including the adoption of a power-sharing system, we've added further developments.
About the model
It is a replica of the DS3 WRC, a plastic model assembly kit that Citroën sent to the rally on a 1/24 scale from 2011 onwards. It models competitive-based vehicles sold to private teams and others. This kit is a set of Japanese-language supplementary manuals with translations in addition to the English assembly manual. You can safely enjoy the assembly. It has 66 parts points and is 180 mm long and 75 mm wide.
