●Creating a Gravel Version of the Ford Fiesta
About the Model
This is a parts set for modifying the 1/24 scale Ford Fiesta kit (BEL002/003) released by Belkits. This set provides parts to change the specifications to those for gravel rallying. By replacing the suspension parts of the kit with the parts in this set, it is possible to finish the model with a gravel rally setting with a raised ride height. In addition to plastic parts, the set also includes gravel tires/wheels.
Assembly instructions are provided in the instructions of the kit itself. If you are assembling the gravel rally version, please be sure to purchase this set as well.
About the Actual Car
The Fiesta is a machine that Ford, which has been active in rallies around the world for many years, debuted at the 2010 Monte Carlo Rally. It was developed in cooperation with Ford and M-Sport. It is equipped with a 1998cc inline 4-cylinder engine. The suspension is MacPherson strut at the front and rear and it is 4WD. It made a debut win at the 2010 Monte Carlo Rally and continued to perform well.
