This is a 1/24 scale plastic model assembly kit that reproduces the Hyundai i20 Coupe that won the opening round of the 2020 WRC, the Monte Carlo Rally.
About the actual car
The Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC is a WRC machine developed by the South Korean automobile manufacturer Hyundai. It was developed based on the 3-door coupe of the second-generation i20, Hyundai's subcompact car. It made its WRC debut in 2017. The machine was developed by Hyundai Motorsport GmbH, based in Germany and responsible for Hyundai's global motorsport activities, including WRC and customer racing. It is equipped with a 1.6-liter inline four-cylinder direct-injection turbo engine that produces 380 horsepower, and combines a four-wheel drive system with MacPherson strut suspension at the front and rear. It began competing in the WRC in 2017. Through continuous improvements, in 2020 it recorded three victories, including the opening round, the Monte Carlo Rally, and was crowned the WRC Constructors' Champion for the second consecutive year, following its victory in 2019.

This is a 1/24 scale Hyundai i20 Coupe WRC plastic model assembly kit released by Belkits, a Belgian model manufacturer that actively develops rally car models.
The finished model will be approximately 170mm long and will realistically model the powerful style of the WRC works machine with completely new molds. Although it's an engine-less kit, the details of the championship-winning machine become apparent as you assemble it, including the mechanical reproduction of the chassis underside and suspension, and especially the cockpit surrounded by the roll cage. The body features separate parts for the overfenders, reproducing its sharp and three-dimensional appearance. Soft plastic material is also used to reproduce the texture of the parts. In addition, the kit includes a set of photo-etched parts for detailing, such as brake discs. It's a very comprehensive kit. This kit reproduces the markings of the machine driven by Thierry Neuville to victory in the opening round of the 2020 WRC, the Monte Carlo Rally.
