●For the first time in a long time, a new specification has appeared on the Mercedes-Benz 190 E.

Introduced in 1982 as the first Mercedes-Benz D segment, the W201 was launched as the 190 Series.
In a minor change in 1988, all cars were fitted with a protective panel called a body-side "backplate" to improve their air performance.
