Sotetsu Bus is a bus company of the Sotetsu Group that operates mainly along the Sotetsu Line, in Yokohama City and the central Kanagawa Prefecture area. In December 2026, the Sotetsu Group will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the start of its bus business.

TLV-NEO reproduces vehicle No. 1557, which belongs to the Asahi Depot. This vehicle began operation in October 2025. It is a route bus using a new color scheme, and the body color and detailed markings are reproduced, referencing the Yokohama Navy Blue color introduced on Sagami Railway's railway vehicles. The destination display is "Asahi 10 Yokohama Station West Exit", which runs on the Sotetsu Bus route from Yokohama Zoo to Yokohama Station West Exit.
