■Product Description
The Type 16 Mobile Combat Vehicle is a wheeled combat vehicle of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force that combines high firepower and mobility, equipped with a 105mm rifled gun. Equipped with 8-wheel drive combat tires, it can travel on road networks, including expressways in Japan, at a maximum speed of 100 km/h, enabling rapid mobile deployment. It is the vehicle that takes the lead in defensive combat.
This product is based on actual vehicle research at the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Fuji School and precisely reproduces the powerful proportions created by the low-slung body and large turret, as well as the intricate details of each part of the body, in 1/64 scale. The steering mechanism, in which the two front wheels turn in conjunction, allows for expressive displays with the wheels turned. The turret, gun barrel, commander's observation sight, and other parts are also movable. Furthermore, it has an internal weight so you can enjoy a solid sense of weight when you hold it.
