The third-generation Skyline, commonly known as the "Hakusuka," was born in 1968, and the 2-door hardtop version was born in the autumn of 1970.
It is said that the wheelbase was shortened by 70mm compared to the preceding 4-door sedan for cornering performance when participating in races, but it also greatly contributed to the styling.
In particular, the long-nose 2000GT series contributed to improving the image of the entire Skyline, and sales figures, which were on the rise due to the "Skyline of Love" advertising campaign, increased even further.
After releasing the Hakosuka 4-cylinder sedan, light van, 2000GT series sedan, and 2000GT-R sedan, TLV is finally releasing the 2-door hardtop.
First, we will reproduce the 1971 model 2000GT, which is the early model.
It will be available in two colors: silver, the color that symbolizes the Hakosuka, and lavender metallic, which is known as a rare color.
This model is a masterpiece that was also produced in the early Tomica series.
