The first-generation Cima, which was born in 1988 as a luxury derivative model that surpassed the Cedric/Gloria, was a huge hit, mainly with its high-priced grades that exceeded 5 million yen, which was unusual at the time. The term "Cima phenomenon" was also coined. With its elegant style that differed from the conventional concept of luxury cars, its lavish interior, and the turbo engine that boasted the most powerful 255 horsepower of any Japanese car at the time, it was an outstanding car in every respect, and it is a famous car that many fans fondly remember from that era.
This time, new specifications have been added to both the early and late models. The N340a is the sports model Type II-S, and it is painted in a rare red metallic color, even among the later model Gloria Cima. Enjoy once again the charm of Nissan cars from the late 1980s when they were on a roll.
