■Product Description
This model features a newly molded heavy long barrel with a flash hider, stock, ribbed handguard, and 45-round long magazine of the Type 74.
About the RPK74M
The RPK is a light machine gun based on the AK assault rifle and was officially adopted by the Soviet Union Army in 1961. By using 7.62×39mm ammunition, it could share ammunition and magazines with the main battle rifle AK, contributing to direct fire support and operation of squads. As time progressed and the main battle rifle was updated to the smaller caliber AK74, the RPK was also updated to the RPK74, which uses 5.45×39mm ammunition. The RPK74M is the current model and features a reinforced polymer stock and handguard.
