■Product Description
This is the AN/PEQ16 laser illuminator and AN/PVQ31 scope (ACOG type) adopted by the Marine Corps, along with a carrying handle, backup sights, and a grip bipod that can be opened or closed. Rail covers are included, allowing you to enjoy the look of the weapon system issued to Marines.
About the M16A4 Type
The M16 is a representative automatic rifle that rivals the AK. The A4 model being produced this time is the model adopted by the US Army (1996-) and the US Marine Corps (1998-). Unlike its predecessor, the A2 model, it is the current model equipped with a flat-top receiver and rail handguard, and is compatible with various sighting attachments. While the Army updated its main service rifle to the M4 carbine, which is shorter in overall length and more portable, the U.S. Marine Corps, which traditionally values rifle shooting, kept the full-size M16A4 as its main service rifle for a long period of time.
