■Product Description
Little Armory is a 1/12 scale assembly kit that combines realism with compatibility with articulated figures. This time, it's the AUG, the foundation of modern bullpup rifles. The AUG is an automatic rifle developed in Austria in the 1970s, during the early days of bullpup rifles. The bullpup structure, which houses the action in the part corresponding to the stock and balances barrel length and compactness, was being researched and developed in various countries at the time, but the AUG incorporated the features of a modular structure and lightweight construction through the use of resin parts. It can be changed into machine gun type or submachine gun type by changing modules depending on the application, and can be easily replaced in case of malfunction. This design, which was made with military use in mind, was given the name "Armee Universal Gewehr = Army General Purpose Rifle".
The kit reproduces the basic military model AUG A1 with a built-in scope and 20-inch barrel. It uses an OD receiver and clear magazine.
