First ever plastic model kit!
Construct the bizarre Evangelion, Provisional Unit-05
From "Evangelion: 2.0 You Can (Not) Advance," Evangelion Provisional Unit-05 joins the ARTPLA lineup!
This is a fixed-pose plastic model kit inspired by the activation scene at the Bethany Base at the beginning of the film, where it challenges the Third Angel in a duel.
The "drawing reference model" created by sculptor Akira Tani, which was also used as a reference for the animation production process, and the original prototype, which is also the master model for the action figure, have been 3D scanned.
The size has been increased to allow for detailed reproduction and ease of assembly.
Furthermore, shapes that could not be fully reproduced at the time have been updated for the plastic model kit.
The shape of the pantograph equipped on the shoulder armor has been adjusted to match the setting drawings, resulting in a more precise finish.
The head shape and the Spear of Longinus (pseudo-reconstruction type) can be created by choosing between the "film model" and the "animation reference model" that actually appear in the film.
The molded color is gray-green, which is also the image color of Provisional Unit-05.
One decal sheet is included.
