The Messerschmitt Bf 109 is a fighter aircraft that symbolizes World War II. It appeared as the German Air Force's first all-metal single-seat fighter and served as the main aircraft from the Spanish Civil War to the end of the war, undergoing continuous improvements. More than 33,000 units of all types were produced, and it is remembered as a legendary aircraft that soared through the skies.
This kit reproduces the F-2 type, which was put into combat in the spring of 1941. It was designed to be more aerodynamically refined than the conventional E type, achieving improved maneuverability. Furthermore, by equipping it with machine guns that fired from inside the propeller shaft, it is an important model that gained new combat capabilities as the first mass-produced model of the F type series. The parts configuration is designed to reproduce the nose with the engine exposed. Two types of markings from JG54 aircraft can be selected. The unique camouflage paint can be realistically reproduced with large, impressive decals. It is precise, yet easy to assemble with almost no seam filling required. 45 parts, finished length 126mm, overall width 138mm
