This Close-In Weapon System (CW) is primarily mounted on US Navy and Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force vessels to intercept missiles and aircraft at close range.
The distinctive hemispherical radome and the Vulcan cannon/RAM launcher mounted directly beneath it have been precisely reproduced.
Equipped with a Vulcan cannon. Equipped with a Vulcan cannon with optical sensors added to the side of the radome.
Equipped with an 11-barrel RAM launcher. Four of each of these three types are included in the set.
Contents: 4 Vulcan Phalanx units, 4 Vulcan Phalanx units with optical sensors, 4 SeaRAM units, 4 common bases (selectable) included
