■Product Description
Following in the footsteps of the F-1, Japan's first domestically produced jet fighter, the F-2 fighter jet of the Japan Air Self-Defense Force was developed with a strong commitment to domestic production, overcoming external pressures and numerous twists and turns. Although its appearance is similar to the US-made F-16, there are few commonalities, and the aircraft is composed entirely of unique Japanese technology, including a digital fly-by-wire control system that reflects the results of CCV (Control Vehicle Control) research, a phased array radar and fire control system, and large main wings made of carbon fiber material.
The F-2A is designed so that a single pilot can operate its complex systems, and as a multirole aircraft with a wide range of functions from anti-ship missile operations to ground attack missions, it continues to play an active role on the front lines of national defense.
In addition to the conventional product, this product includes one pilot figure wearing the standard JASDF helmet. The figure is sculpted to fit perfectly into the F-2's uniquely shaped seat that slopes backward, allowing you to enjoy a highly realistic finish.
