■Product Description
Curtis, the air pirate bodyguard who challenges the protagonist to a one-on-one battle in the climax of the movie "Porco Rosso," has had his beloved aircraft, the Curtiss R3C-0 clandestine seaplane fighter, modeled in 1/48 scale, including the interior and engine, under the supervision of director Miyazaki. A standing statue of Curtis, approximately 5 cm tall, is also included. In addition, an explanatory booklet is included that combines the setting of the movie with a description of the actual aircraft that served as the model's prototype.
