■Product Description
The Suisei Type 43 is the final production model of the Suisei series, based on the Type 33 with an air-cooled engine, and modified for its primary mission of suicide attacks. Due to modifications to the bomb bay to carry 800kg bombs, additional acceleration rockets were installed, and the armor was strengthened, resulting in the loss of the excellent flight performance that was a characteristic of the Suisei. However, in actual combat, it fought valiantly as one of the main suicide attack aircraft. It also sortied in conventional attacks against enemy task forces along with the Type 33 and others.
