■Product Description
As the proverb says, "You can't fight on an empty stomach," and food is one of the most important things on the battlefield. Field cooking in the Japanese Army during the war mainly involved cooking in mess tins, but large-scale field cooking equipment capable of cooking rice for about 300 people per hour was also used. This kit recreates the stove, pot, and large ladle of this field cooking equipment in three dimensions. It also includes a Type 97 water boiler, a mobile water heater. It is said that warm food and drink relieve mental fatigue on the battlefield, and the water boiler was also useful for boiling and sterilizing, and for preventing water from freezing in cold regions.
In addition, it includes three expressive figures: a soldier cooking at a stove with a large ladle, a soldier cutting pickled radish with a knife, and a soldier pouring hot water from the water boiler into a bucket.
A wooden ration box designed in accordance with the packing guidelines revised in 1938 is also included.
First time as a plastic model kit. Completely new mold.
