About the Model
This model is a 1/25 scale plastic model assembly kit of a semi-trailer manufactured by Fulhalf, an American company. It is a popular model of a van-bodied trailer that was released in the 1970s and is now being re-released. The finished model is a large 48cm in length. It reproduces a panel van trailer with two rear axles. The long semi-trailer is realistically modeled, from the frame to the rear two-axle suspension and the details of the panel van panels. The rear doors of the cargo area can be opened and closed. The support arms on the front section can be positioned in two different ways. Furthermore, the two-axle suspension assembly reproduces a point-selection slide suspension. The mounting position to the frame can be moved. The eight tires have well-represented tread patterns and other details, and together with the wheel rims made of plated parts, they give the wheels a sharp look. The couplers that connect to the trailer head are also well-reproduced, so it is possible to combine it with various trailer heads and tractors.
And decorating the panels is the logo of the American logistics company, Dorn Transfer Company. Of course, it is reproduced with a large decal sheet.
