Peterbilt is one of America's leading truck manufacturers and is a long-established manufacturer founded on the West Coast in 1939. The Model 377 was released by Peterbilt in 1986 and was in their lineup until 2000. The Model 377 followed the classic image and design of Peterbilt, but was characterized by a design that was more aerodynamically superior and reduced air resistance. The design in which the headlights were integrated into the front fenders was also one of the key features.
