The KC-135 is a United States Air Force air refueling aircraft that began operations in 1957 and has undergone several modifications, and is still in service today. It was developed by Boeing and has a total production capacity of over 800 aircraft for each type. Since the late 1970s, modernization plans have been implemented, upgrades have been made, and the first aircraft has been in service for more than 60 years. It is equipped with four turbofan engines with a 35-degree rear wing.
