■Product Description
The USS Jack H. Lucas is a guided-missile destroyer of the United States Navy, and the 75th ship of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyers. The ship is named after Private First Class Jacqueline Harold Lucas of the United States Marine Corps, who saved the lives of three friendly soldiers during the Battle of Iwo Jima in World War II and was the youngest recipient of the Medal of Honor. As the first ship of the Arleigh Burke-class Flight III destroyers and the first to be equipped with the state-of-the-art AN/SPY-6 shipboard radar, the ship was received by the United States Navy in January 2023, and after its commissioning ceremony in Tampa, Florida in October of the same year, it was transferred to Naval Base San Diego and is currently in service with the Pacific Fleet.
