■ Description
In 1937, the German Army demanded the development of a new motorcycle. Its demanding performance was 80 km/h, 95 km/h in the outburns, and 4 km/h in the off-road as well as the minimum speed for troops. The K75 and R75 met this requirement, but after evaluation, the K75 was officially adopted in 1940.
The KS750 air-cooled horizontally opposed two-cylinder OHV 751cc engine can also be driven through the rear wheels and sidecar wheels via an eight-speed transmission (including reverse gear) with 26 horsepower and off-road use.
