The Devastator was a carrier-based torpedo bomber developed by Douglas Aircraft. Initially considered one of the world's best torpedo bombers, it was obsolete by the start of the Pacific War. However, it played a significant role in the Battle of the Coral Sea, sinking the aircraft carrier "Shoho." The A model is a prototype seaplane version equipped with floats. The kit is a precise and accurate model. Over 150 parts. Overall length 22.2 cm, overall wingspan 31.4 cm. Includes photo-etched parts. ■Box size: 38 x 24 x 7.8 cm
