■Product Description
The Taigei-class submarine is the successor to the Soryu-class, with the first ship, Taigei, commissioned in March 2022. While its appearance is similar to the Soryu-class, it is equipped with lithium-ion batteries that enable higher capacity and output, improving its diving capabilities. The fourth ship, Raigei, was launched in October 2023 and is scheduled to be commissioned in March 2025.
