■ Description
The Humphrey was commissioned in March 1976 as the first ship of the second generation of the Humphrey class of guided missile cruisers. It was equipped with the newest integrated missile system, the Tarter D, and the standard SM-1MR missile. In 1998, it underwent repairs, including the removal of the rear artillery tower and the establishment of a new command post, and became the flagship of the Guiding Fleet until 2007.

・It can be manufactured by selecting either the final date of 2007 (after the flagship modification), 1997 (after the modernization modification), before the flagship modification, or 1976 (when it entered service).
