As a new item in the "HJ Modeler's Tool" series, we are introducing a diamond file that is high-performance and available at an affordable price.
A diamond file is a file in which extremely hard industrial diamond particles are fixed to the surface of a metal base by electroplating (plating process). Unlike general metal files, there is no direction of cutting, so you can grind smoothly from any direction, front, back, left, or right.
①A cutting tool that is useful for shaping the gate parts of plastic and resin kits. You can polish large surfaces in the center and recessed areas such as concave parts at the tip.
②Because the tip is pointed like a sword, it is possible to smoothly shape the gate parts of intricate areas.
③Because the diamond particles protrude, shavings are easily discharged and the structure is less prone to clogging. It is resistant to chipping and wear and exhibits stable grinding power over a long period of time.
