2019 is the year the imperial era name will change from Heisei. Himeji Castle was given the name "Heisei" to commemorate the historical achievement of the major renovations undertaken during the Heisei era. The scale is 1/500, with 130 parts, and the Himeji Castle is realistically modeled on a compact base measuring 205mm x 155mm. The kit contents are the same as the currently available Shinsei Himeji Castle, but the product name and packaging have been renewed. You can paint and assemble it as is, or you can try weathering paint or prepare different colored powders to create a Himeji Castle that suits the season. Famous castle plastic models are the definitive diorama models that you can create however you like with your own hands.
