■Product Description
Changed base! Hiei is now easier to display!
The product is modeled after the ship's appearance from after its refit in 1940 until the Third Battle of Solomon Islands, and accurately recreates the distinctive bridge shape that served as a testbed for the Yamato.
The curved shape of the bow reflects the latest research. It reproduces the modified appearance made only for Hiei to improve its wave-cutting performance.
The product is designed as a snap-fit type that does not require glue, making it a series with specifications that set it apart from conventional kits.
This is a plastic kit that lowers the barrier to entry for ship models and allows you to easily enjoy a realistic finish.
~The display base has been coolly renewed!~
・The new design of the receiving shape improves stability! The base also has a lower center of gravity and an increased contact area for greater stability.
・The bottom and hull parts are designed to be separate, allowing you to choose between a waterline model and a full-hull model.
・The molded colors are gray to reproduce the Kure Naval Arsenal colors for the fleet, light beige for the wooden deck, dark brown for the linoleum deck, and black for the top of the smokestack.
~Realistic decals included~
・Includes pre-cut gun barrel waterproof cloth, naval ensign, and emergency material wood. It is designed to easily express the colors of even the smallest details.
・As a bonus, the decals also include the anti-aircraft identification Hinomaru on the turret during the Battle of Midway and the Vice Admiral's flag (there are no cuts).
The Ship NEXT series is a plastic kit that makes ship models easier to build while achieving a realistic finish.
◆No painting is required as each part is molded in different colors.
◆A division method is used that makes the joints of the parts less noticeable.
◆It is a snap kit that does not require glue.
◆Decals are included to reproduce the color separation of fine details.
◆By removing the part below the waterline, you can recreate a waterline model.
※This product is made in Japan.
※This product is a plastic model kit that requires assembly.
