The molded colors and stickers recreate the image colors of the armor worn by the Sengoku period warlord Tokugawa Ieyasu and his loyal retainer, Honda Tadakatsu.
The rhinoceros beetle recreates the Kindami armor said to have been worn by Tokugawa Ieyasu in his youth.
The stag beetle is based on the colors of the Kuroito Odoshi Domaru armor, with the gold-painted rosary also recreated using stickers.
The stag beetle's horns are designed to resemble the large deer antlers on the deer antler helmet.
The main colors are reproduced with molded colors, so assembly is possible without painting.
The snap-fit design allows for assembly without the use of glue.
